Important Delivery Policies
Cancellations or Alterations
Confirmed orders may be subject to a fee. Please contact our office at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery.
Access Requirements
Delivery requires minimum 10ft width clearance, 14ft height clearance, and firm, level ground. Driver determines final placement based on safety and access.
Material Restrictions
We do not deliver boulders or bagged materials. For locations over 35 miles, please call for a quote.
